Pause, Reflect and Reset

Today I pause, reflect and reset where I need to. I know I am free to start over again at any time. Often in life we are far too busy and fast paced, we don't leave that crucial time for ourselves, to pause. 2020 has given us a moment to stop and think, reflect on all things good and bad that have happened. Then reset your direction, what will you do differently next time to better look after yourself, or maybe what can you change in your direction to have a better outcome for your personal and mental health? This is why we must Pause, Reflect and Reset.
